The Navy Federal Credit Union Heritage Oaks Campus Phase 1 Expansion, located in Pensacola, Florida, is a 401,565 square foot office facility that provides administrative office and call center space for the expanding credit union's business divisions.
Two buildings, approximately 159,500 square feet each were constructed to accommodate 1,000 occupants per building. A new 82,500 square foot Commons Building includes conference rooms, training rooms, coffee shop, cafeteria and a fitness center. This project also includes a 300 person, high quality, tele-video auditorium addition to existing Building 3. A 320,655 square foot parking garage was constructed adjacent to the office building and is expected to hold approximately 909 parking spaces.
This phase also included a new central plant with 3,000 tons of chillers and 9,000 KW of 12,470V emergency generators. The central plant was built for future expansion to 6,000 tons of cooling and 18,000 KW of power generation.
